We started off the weekend by once again going to the parade. Peter got a little upset when there wasn't someone immediately handing out flags, but his fears were soon put to rest. It was also red nose day, so the boys spent some quality time with the "clown noses" the Gritz had gotten for them.
Sunday, we headed up to Stamford for a barbecue with at the Woods'. The boys were excited to get to play, and the weather was perfect. It was wonderful to get to spend time together.
On Monday, we went to Fishkill to see Nana and PopPop. Peter and Charles were thrilled to get to ride their scooters through the neighborhood, and then they flew airplanes in the back yard. The rest of the family was not there, but Joanne and Jay stopped by for a little while to say hello.
